Rien de bien compliqu\u00e9 en soi \ud83d\ude09\ud83d\ude0d\ud83c\udf50<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-cyan-bluish-gray-background-color has-background\"><strong><em>Pour une quelques tranches de cristalline de poire : <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 poire<\/li><li>125 gr de sucre<\/li><li>250 ml d&rsquo;eau<\/li><li>jus d&rsquo;une demi citron<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 100\u00b0C. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition leau et le sucre dans une casserole et ajouter le jus de citron. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laver la poire sans l&rsquo;\u00e9plucher et tailler la poire \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une mandoline sur une \u00e9paisseur d&rsquo;un millim\u00e8tre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> D\u00e9poser les tranches d\u00e9licatement dans la casserole et laisser fr\u00e9mir jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les poires deviennent translucide (\u00e7a va tr\u00e8s vite ! quelques minutes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retirer les tranches et les d\u00e9poser sur un silpat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettre au four 1 heure 30. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la fin de la cuisson laisser les tranches dans le four pendant 2 heures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pour un effet wahouuu sur vos entremets !
