Et quoi de mieux que la recette de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/yanncouvreur\/\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">@yanncouvreur<\/span><\/a>\u00a0\ud83e\udd8a sortie de son dernier livre \ud83d\ude0d Un d\u00e9lice !!!<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Pour environ 8 petits pots <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background\" style=\"background-color:#d8b78d\"><strong><em>Pour la mousse au chocolat : <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>195 gr de chocolat cara\u00efbe<\/li><li>125 gr de chocolat jivara<\/li><li>75 gr de sucre<\/li><li>5 blancs d&rsquo;\u0153ufs<\/li><li>1 jaune d&rsquo;\u0153uf<\/li><li>230 gr de cr\u00e8me liquide enti\u00e8re<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le bol du robot monter les blancs en neige en ajoutant le sucre en 2 fois. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire fondre les chocolats au bain marie puis hors du feu ajouter le jaune d&rsquo;\u0153uf. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Incorporer les blancs au m\u00e9lange chocolats\/jaune d&rsquo;\u0153uf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Monter la cr\u00e8me en chantilly et l&rsquo;ajouter \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9partir dans de petits ramequins et pocher une noix de pralin\u00e9 maison. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mixer une poign\u00e9e de gru\u00e9 de cacao et d\u00e9poser quelques grains ainsi que quelques miettes de noisette du Pi\u00e9mont. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bonne d\u00e9gustation !<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Petit dessert \u00e0 la demande des enfants !
