{"id":3644,"date":"2021-08-23T11:09:14","date_gmt":"2021-08-23T09:09:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jepeuxpasjaipatisserie.ch\/?p=3644"},"modified":"2021-08-23T11:11:40","modified_gmt":"2021-08-23T09:11:40","slug":"%c2%a6-quatre-quarts-%c2%a6","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jepeuxpasjaipatisserie.ch\/?p=3644","title":{"rendered":"\u00a6 Quatre-quarts \u00a6"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap has-luminous-vivid-amber-background-color has-background\">Le g\u00e2teau le plus simple au monde et tellement bon \ud83e\udd24 souvenirs d&rsquo;enfance garantis !<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Pour un moule \u00e0 cake ~ 18 x 10 cm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background\" style=\"background-color:#ffe59e\"><strong><em>Pour l&rsquo;appareil \u00e0 quatre-quarts : <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>200 gr de farine<\/li><li>200 gr d&rsquo;oeufs <\/li><li>200 gr de sucre<\/li><li>200 gr de beurre <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 150\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettre le beurre \u00e0 chauffer 5 \u00e0 10 min juste le temps qu\u2019il fonde. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beurrer et fariner le moule. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la cuve d\u2019un robot, verser les oeufs et les fouetter avec le sucre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils deviennent plus clairs et absorbent un peu le sucre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter la farine tamis\u00e9e et m\u00e9langer doucement pour bien l\u2019incorporer sans cr\u00e9er de grumeaux, ni faire descendre les oeufs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verser ensuite le beurre ti\u00e8de et m\u00e9langer \u00e0 nouveau d\u00e9licatement toujours vers le centre afin d\u2019obtenir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne et tr\u00e8s fluide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verser la p\u00e2te dans le moule et enfourner pendant 50 \u00e0 60 minutes environ.
